Spinach, Butter, Garlic, Shallots, Cream, Nutmeg, Feta, Parmesan
Cook the shallots until soft and brown and sprinkle with flour.
Add the spinach to the onions.
Add cream and stir to combine.
Add the feta, stir, and place the spinach in a baking dish.
Top with shredded cheese and bake.
