Everyone loves this tasty casserole! Loaded with Italian sausage, pasta, and a simple homemade sauce with tons of cheese!
Spaghetti, onions, garlic, sausage, herbs, tomato sauce, ricotta, mozzarella, and mascarpone cheese.
In a large skillet, saute the onions until tender, then add in the ground meat or sausage and cook for 8-10 minutes until cooked through.
Once the meat is cooked through, add the tomatoes and simmer to make sauce. Season as desired. While this simmers, cook the pasta as directed.
Toss the cooked pasta with the sauce and pour into a baking dish. Then mix together the cheeses as directed until all is combined.
Spread the cheese blend over the top of the pasta, then sprinkle the top with remaining shredded cheese and bake as directed.
