Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

Large Radish

Potatoes, Ham, Eggs, Milk, Cheddar, Scallions 

Sauté the shredded potatoes. 

Spread them in the baking dish. 

Mix the eggs, ham, cheese, scallions, and milk. 

Artichoke

Pour the egg mixture over the potatoes. 

Persimmon

Sprinkle cheese over the top. 

Radish

Bake.
