Pork chops, Onions, Bechamel sauce, Flour, Salt and pepper, Chicken stock, Sour cream
Whisk together the flour, salt, and pepper.
Dredge the pork chops in the flour and fry on both sides in a pan.
Cook the onions until soft and brown.
Add the sour cream and bechamel to the onions.
Place the pork in a baking dish and pour the sauce on top.
