LAYERED BURRITO CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS

Large Radish

Ground beef, shallots, taco seasoning, kidney beans, bechamel sauce, salsa, cheddar cheese, and flour tortillas

In a large skillet, cook the shallots for 1 to 2 minutes, then add the ground beef and cook for 8 minutes, breaking it up as it cooks.

Artichoke

Once the beef is done cooking, add in the seasoning, salsa, and beans and stir to combine.  Now it will be time to layer the casserole.

Radish

Place a tortilla on the bottom of the baking dish, then spread 1/4 of the meat on top.  Top this with part of the bechamel sauce and spread it to cover the top.

Carrot

Repeat these steps with tortilla, then meat mixture, then bechamel sauce, then cheese, ending with cheese.  Now, bake as directed.
