Bacon, Eggs, Hashbrowns, Onions, Parsley, Cream, Herbs, Cheese
Cook the bacon in a saute pan.
Add the onions to the bacon.
Pour in the hashbrowns and cook.
Add the cream, parsley, salt, and pepper to the eggs and whisk.
Pour the eggs over the hashbrowns in a baking dish.
Top with shredded cheese and bake.
