LOADED CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE WITH BACON

INGREDIENTS:

Large Radish

For this recipe you will need fresh or frozen cauliflower florets, bacon, garlic, flour, milk, cream cheese, shredded cheddar, and spices

Begin by blanching the cauliflower then draining and setting it aside.  In a large skillet, cook the bacon until crisp.  Drain the bacon leaving the grease in the pan.

To the bacon grease add the flour, then whisk in the milk and cream cheese until a thick sauce has formed.

In a large bowl, mix together the sauce with the cauliflower then pour into a baking dish. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and bake. Serve with bacon on top.
