To make this you will need: olive oil, red onion, bell pepper, tomato sauce, ground beef, chili paste, kidney beans, garlic, Mexican cheese, and flour tortillas
In a large skillet, cook the onions and peppers until tender, then add in the ground beef and cook for 8 minutes or until no longer pink.
Once cooked, add the garlic, chili paste, and beans. Then, stir in the tomato sauce and taste. Season as desired and cook another 2 to 3 minutes.
Begin layering in a prepared baking dish. You will make 4 layers of tortilla, then the beef mixture, then cheese, ending with cheese. Then bake as directed.
