Cauliflower Casserole

Ingredients

Large Radish

Cauliflower, Butter, flour, milk  Salt, pepper, nutmeg, Dijon mustard, Mozzarella cheese

Cook the cauliflower florets.  

Cook the butter and flour until a light roux forms. 

Pour in the milk and simmer. 

Artichoke

Whisk in the seasonings.

Radish

Pour the sauce over the cauliflower in a baking dish. 

Persimmon

Bake.
