BUTTERSCOTCH PUDDING CAKE CASSEROLE

All of your favorite flavors of butterscotch pudding in a baked casserole with a moist cakelike base.

Ingredients

Large Radish

Brown sugar, flour, baking powder, butter, egg, milk, salt, corn syrup, cornstarch, and water

Start by whisking together the dry ingredients. Set aside. Then, whisk together the eggs, brown sugar, milk and melted butter.  Then add corn syrup.

Then combine the wet and dry ingredients to create a smooth batter.  Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.

Whisk together the brown sugar and cornstarch, then sprinkle over the batter in the pan.  Then, pour the boiling water over the top and bake.

This butter moist cake is a perfect example of a classic pudding! Serve with whipped cream or ice cream as a decadent treat.
