BLUEBERRY FRENCH TOAST CASSEROLE

Ingredients

Large Radish

Brioche bread, eggs, milk, lemon zest, unsalted butter, blueberries, vanilla extract, sugar

Cut a loaf of brioche bread into cubes around 1"-2" square.  Lay these into a greased baking dish and top with the fresh blueberries. 

Artichoke

In a bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, vanilla, and some sugar together for the custard.  Pour this over the bread and berries and sit for 1 hour. Then sprinkle with additional sugar and bake.

Serve with syrup, powdered sugar, or whipped cream on top.  For added texture, sprinkle with slivered almonds or candied walnuts!
