This easy casserole is a perfect dish for a fast and tasty weeknight meal. So good and kid-friendly!
Bow-tie pasta, olive oil, garlic, pesto, heavy cream, pecorino, mozzarella, flour, cherry tomatoes, and mozzarella balls.
Cook the pasta in a pot of salted water for 4 minutes. Drain, reserve 2/3 cup pasta water, and set aside. Then, heat oil and garlic in a large skillet.
Now, mix in the flour and then add the reserved pasta water and cream. Stir, then add in the pasta, pecorino, and 1/2 cup mozzarella. Stir and simmer 5 minutes.
Pour the pasta into the baking dish then add the sauce. Stir then top with the mozzarella and cherry tomatoes before baking 15-minutes.
